Terms & Conditions
To ensure fair access to tee times for all guests, the following policy applies to all reservations:

Credit Card Required: A valid credit card is required to secure all tee time reservations.

Cancellation Window: Reservations must be canceled or modified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time.

No-Show Fee: Golfers who fail to cancel within 24 hours or do not arrive for their scheduled tee time will be charged a no-show fee equal to the full greens fee for each player reserved (at a non-member rate). Captain (person making the reservation) will be responsible for no show fees for any member in their group.

Late Arrivals: Players arriving too late to begin at their scheduled time may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.

Weather Exception: In the event the course is closed due to unsafe weather conditions, no fees will be charged.
By booking a tee time, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Cart Use
By purchasing a cart rental the user enters into a lease agreement as follows:
The golf cart is hereby leased to the indicated-lessee for the stated number of holes on the date indicated. The lessee acknowledges they have reviewed the posted cart use rules & regulations. Lessee also acknowledges that he/she has a valid driver’s license and is familiar with the use and operation of the said cart, and he/she covenants that he/she will use and operate the cart in a safe, prudent manner for the playing of golf. The lessee agrees to return the cart in the same condition as he/she received it and shall be responsible for any damage or breakage. The lessee also agrees that no right of action shall accrue to the lessee for any loss or damage to person or property arising from the use of the cart or resulting from any mechanical failure or component of the said cart. The lessee further agrees to hold Deerwood Golf Course free and harmless against all claims arising from the operation of the said cart. The lessee shall assume the entire responsibility of loss or damage to cart, person or property caused by a guest passenger.
No foursome will be permitted to have more than one person riding alone in a city-owned golf cart. Players must pair up to share carts. This policy helps to reduce unnecessary wear and tear on the carts as well as the course.
